Oversee shift operations in the role of shift in charge

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Incharge to oversee and manage all operations during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, employee productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Supervise and manage a team of production operators.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary guidance and support.

Plan and execute production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor production progress and address any delays or bottlenecks.

Plan and request materials required for production.

Skills:

Leadership & Supervision: Strong leadership, supervisory, and motivational skills.

Production Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of production processes and techniques.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to safety management.

Qualification: Diploma or BE in ECE
