Job Description

Responsibilities:

Throughout the designated shift, supervise and coordinate all production-related tasks.

Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks while the procedure is underway.

Make sure that throughout the shift, the ideal machine settings and process parameters are kept.

Throughout the shift, lead, mentor, and inspire a group of technicians and production operators.

Assure appropriate trash disposal and compliance with environmental regulations.

Verify the accuracy and timely submission of all required production and quality paperwork.

Skills:

knowledge of quality control methods and instruments.

knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.

It helps to have a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Experience: 2+ yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
