Job Description

Responsibilities

Follow the production manager's or planner's daily or weekly schedule.

Oversee, inspire, and lead a group of technicians and production operators.

Find and report any flaws, deviations from the specifications, or non-conformances.

Make sure everyone on the crew is wearing the proper PPE.

Effectively implement new procedures or modifications to existing ones.

Oversee the fundamental troubleshooting of small equipment problems.

Create and deliver production reports on a regular basis to the production manager.

Skills
Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and shop floor management.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. 

Role: Production supervisor

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Company Norms
