Job Description

To supervise and manage the daily activities on our factory floor in Chennai, we are looking for a highly motivated, seasoned, and hands-on factory Supervisor. You will be in charge of managing a group of production workers, making sure that quality standards are maintained, production goals are reached effectively, and all procedures follow safety guidelines. This position is essential to preserving a seamless, effective, and secure manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Follow the weekly or daily production schedules that the manager or production planner has provided.

Lead, inspire, and oversee a group of technicians and production operators.

Find and report any flaws, non-conformances, or departures from the requirements.

Make certain that every team member is wearing the proper PPE.

Effectively implement new or modified processes.

In charge of basic troubleshooting for small equipment problems.

Create production reports and send them to the production manager on a regular basis.

Skills:

knowledge in shop floor management, scheduling, and production planning.

demonstrated aptitude for successfully managing, inspiring, and leading a team.

fundamental knowledge of computers, especially Microsoft Office.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 3+ yrs
