Job Description

Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Education: Diploma/BE in ECE

Responsibilities

Meet production goals and timetables by supervising and managing production activities during designated shifts.

Assure effective use of all available resources, such as labour, supplies, and machinery.

Direct and oversee production staff while offering assistance and direction.

Assign members of the team duties and responsibilities.

Keep an eye on team performance and offer comments.

Qualification:

Proven experience as a Shift Incharge, Production Supervisor, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.  

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
