Roles And Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage production activities during assigned shifts to meet production targets and schedules.

Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Lead and supervise production personnel, providing guidance and support.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

Monitor team performance and provide feedback.

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
