Responsibilities

Create and carry out thorough production plans and strategies that complement business objectives, sales projections, and consumer desires.

In order to increase productivity and capabilities, supervise the adoption of new technologies, automation, and production procedures.

Oversee, guide, and cultivate a productive production team of operators, engineers, and production supervisors.

Oversee production machinery maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime and increase asset longevity.

Incorporate and oversee environmentally sustainable strategies into manufacturing processes.

Skills
Outstanding ability to analyse, understand, and make decisions.

Outstanding interpersonal, presenting, leadership, and written and vocal communication abilities.

the capacity to handle several objectives, work under pressure, and adjust to shifting business requirements.
