Duties:

Use a variety of platforms to find candidates, such as networking, social media, job boards, and recommendations.

Help new hires through the onboarding process.

Actively seek out passive candidates by reaching out directly and through networking.

Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their personnel requirements and create successful hiring tactics.

Create recruitment activity reports and give management insights.
