Graduate Trainee Quality Analyst Role in Industrial Setup

Job Description

Primary Task: To continuously improve our Chennai facility and increase customer satisfaction by carefully inspecting, testing, and analysing products and processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to make sure they continuously meet customer specifications, established quality standards, and pertinent regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Visually check for surface finish, assembly integrity, and other features that are either practical or aesthetically pleasing.

To stop mass defects, do routine in-process quality checks on production lines to spot possible problems early.

Keep an eye on how well corrective and preventive measures are being implemented.

To keep an eye on process capability and stability, apply statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.

may help look into consumer concerns about quality and provide pertinent information for resolving them.

Required Abilities:

Strong analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite
