Responsibilities

• Putting up job postings on social media and job boards.

• Manage the recruiting, first screening interview, and sourcing procedures involved in the recruitment and selection of new staff.

• Setting up interviews with the individuals who made the short list.

• Create and put into effect HR policies, processes, and strategies.

• Preserve HR documents, such as data on benefits, pay, and employee files.

• Take care of employee relations and settle disputes or problems at work.

• Work together with other departments to enhance HR procedures and meet corporate objectives.

• Keep abreast of emerging developments in the field and top HR management techniques.
