Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Examine and enhance current manufacturing procedures to boost productivity, cut expenses, and enhance product quality.

Determine and put into practice lean manufacturing methodologies including Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.

Assess and suggest automation options to increase production accuracy and speed.

Create and put into place new manufacturing protocols.

Create and execute process enhancements, such as designing fixtures and tools.

Skills:

strong knowledge of the machining, assembly, and material handling steps involved in manufacturing.

proficiency with the concepts and instruments of lean manufacturing.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to recognise and address production-related problems.
