Job Description

Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Experience Requirement : 5 to 10 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and supervise all maintenance activities across the facility.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.

Oversee the repair and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.

Manage building maintenance contracts with external vendors

Skills:

strong knowledge of building systems, such as fire safety, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

shown managerial and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, guide, and cultivate a top-performing maintenance crew.

Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to identify and successfully address maintenance concerns.
