Skills:

UGNX, Top Solid, Cimatron, Used both manual drafting techniques and CAD/CAM systems. 

Assisted CAD/CAM operator with support as needed., 

Designed new injection molds; CNC machined new mold; 

repair and serviced all molds; and provided quality control, Mold Design, injection mold design,
  Monitoring production processes to ensure that quality standards are met
  Ensuring that products meet functional requirements by designing molds with required features such as vents or gates
  Working with customers to determine needs and requirements, such as material specifications, product details, and production schedules
  Creating computer models of products that can be used to produce molds for casting metals or plastics
  Designing molds that can produce a high volume of products while minimizing material usage and production times
  Reviewing blueprints, drawings, or other design specifications to determine how to translate them into molds
  Analyzing materials to determine their suitability for mold construction, such as porosity or thermal conductivity
  Determining the type of material needed to create the mold and calculating its size and shape
  Designing molds using computer software programs, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks

Salary : 15k to 30k
