Job Description

Focus: Emphasize the primary skills of identifying and closing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Chennai market.

Experience: 8 to 10 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Oversee every facet of our Chennai facility's injection moulding manufacturing division, making sure that production goals are met, workflow is effective, and output is of a high calibre.

 In accordance with Chennai's work culture, lead and oversee a sizable team of moulding supervisors, operators, technicians, and support personnel by establishing clear goals, assigning tasks efficiently, and cultivating a productive, competent, and safety-conscious workplace.

 Create, implement, and optimise production schedules to maximise machine utilisation and minimise downtime in our Chennai factory while guaranteeing the timely supply of moulded components.

 To support continuous improvement efforts in our Chennai operations, set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for moulding production, such as cycle times, first-pass yield, material consumption, and machine efficiency.

What you need:

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and develop a large and skilled moulding team in Chennai.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities to address complex operational and technical challenges in the moulding shop.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders in our Chennai facility.

Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance standards applicable to injection moulding operations in India, particularly in Tamil Nadu.
