Responsibilities:

Develop and execute state-of-the-art predictive and preventative maintenance programs specifically for paintshop equipment, including pretreatment lines, conveyors, ovens, spray booths, air handling units, and paint circulation systems.

Ensure that there is no downtime and that the budget is adhered to when supervising the planning, scheduling, and execution of major paintshop equipment upgrades, repairs, and overhauls.

To ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for paintshop maintenance duties.

Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchase by managing and optimising the inventory of necessary spare parts for paint shop equipment.

Participate in the planning, installation, and commissioning of new paintshop machinery, ensuring that reliability and maintainability are all taken into account.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree 

Experience: 5+ yrs
