Responsibilities:

Create and implement cutting-edge predictive and preventative maintenance plans especially for paintshop equipment, such as air handling units, conveyors, ovens, spray booths, paint circulation systems, and pre-treatment lines.

Oversee the preparation, scheduling, and implementation of significant paintshop equipment upgrades, repairs, and overhauls, making sure there is no downtime and that the budget is followed.

Create and put into effect best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for paintshop maintenance tasks to guarantee quality, safety, and efficiency.

Oversee and maximise the stock of essential spare parts for paintshop equipment, guaranteeing prompt delivery and economical acquisition.

Take part in the design, setup, and commissioning of new paintshop equipment, making sure that dependability and maintainability are incorporated into the process.

Qualification:

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems relevant to paintshop equipment.

Proven experience in implementing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for paintshop assets.

Expertise in troubleshooting complex paintshop equipment failures and implementing effective corrective actions.

Experience with CMMS systems for paintshop maintenance management.

Education: Any BE Degree

Experience: 5 to 7 yrs
