Manage Production in the Position of Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and plan daily manufacturing tasks to ensure that they adhere to quality standards and production timetables.

Oversee and inspire production teams by offering direction, instruction, and performance evaluations.

Keep an eye on manufacturing procedures, spot areas for development, and take appropriate remedial action when necessary.

Diagnose and fix equipment issues and plan maintenance tasks.

Keep thorough production logs and reports that include output, downtime, and quality information.

Put company rules and processes into action and enforce them.

Skills:

demonstrated expertise in a manufacturing setting in a leadership position akin to that of a production supervisor.

strong team management and leadership abilities.

outstanding knowledge of the machinery and industrial procedures.

the capacity to efficiently troubleshoot and fix production difficulties.
