What you will do:

Develop and put into practice effective recruitment strategies to locate and attract qualified candidates for open positions.

Among the methods for locating candidates include job boards, social media, professional networking, and employer recommendations.

Participate in employment events like job fairs.

Assist in the onboarding of new hires by organising orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition.

What we need:

excellent knowledge of recruitment standards and best practices.

exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.

organisational and time management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
