Your Impact:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Manager to lead our quality control team. The QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.

Lead and manage a team of QC professionals.

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.

What you Need:

Proven experience as a QC Manager in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).

Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA).

Experience with inspection and testing equipment.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
