Responsibilities:

Maintain the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and water treatment systems both preventively and correctively.

Diagnose and troubleshoot utility systems and equipment.

Fix and swap out faulty parts and apparatus.

To guarantee equipment operation and regulatory compliance, do routine testing and inspections.

Create and uphold utility system maintenance plans and protocols.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 3+ yrs
