We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:

To find and draw in eligible applicants for available openings, create and implement efficient recruitment tactics.

Employer recommendations, social media, job boards, and professional networking are some of the ways to find applicants.

Take part in hiring activities such as job fairs.

Help with new hire onboarding, which includes leading orientation sessions and making sure the move goes smoothly.

Skills:

strong familiarity with best practices and recruitment standards.

knowledge on how to find candidates using a variety of methods.

Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in time management and organisation, with the capacity to set priorities and fulfil deadlines.
