Job Description

Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

PM Schedule Creation: Develop and maintain detailed PM schedules, including inspections, lubrication, and component replacements.

Equipment Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.

Data Analysis: Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance records to identify trends and optimize PM schedules.

Component Replacement: Schedule and oversee the replacement of wear parts and components based on PM schedules and equipment condition.

Skills
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS).

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Role: Preventive Maintenance Engineer

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: From 15k to 18k per month

Location: Chennai
