Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and water treatment.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with utility equipment and systems.

Repair and replace defective components and equipment.

Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure equipment functionality and compliance with regulations.

Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures for utility systems.

Qualification:

Strong understanding of utility systems and equipment.

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
