We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Executive to join our team in Chennai. You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment for our employees in Chennai.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire employee lifecycle, with a focus on Chennai, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, training, and offboarding.

Manage offers, conduct interviews, seek individuals who are relevant to the Chennai market, and carry out recruitment procedures.

Provide interesting onboarding initiatives to help new hires in Chennai fit in with the corporate culture.

Work together with payroll to administer benefits programs that are pertinent to Chennai and guarantee accurate processing.

Keep up-to-date personnel records and make efficient use of the HRIS.

Create HR reports and do data analysis to offer decision-making insights.

Skills:

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
