Experience Requirement : 5 to 10 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Create and carry out production strategies and plans that complement business goals and consumer demand.

Estimate production requirements and allocate resources (labour, materials, and equipment) as efficiently as possible.

Create and oversee production spending plans.

Oversee every aspect of production, making sure everything runs smoothly and effectively.

Track production results, locate bottlenecks, and take remedial action.

Skills:

demonstrated expertise in scheduling, operations management, and production planning.

strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, tools, and procedures.

Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.

Capacity to lead, mentor, and nurture a group of production employees.
