Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensuring the highest quality standards of plastic components made using injection moulding methods would be your responsibility as a QA Engineer in Chennai with expertise in injection moulding. To reduce errors and maximise process capabilities, you will create, carry out, and oversee quality control methods, inspections, data analysis, and corrective and preventive measures. Maintaining product quality, cutting waste, and making sure that industry standards and client demands are met will all be made possible by your tight collaboration with the production, tooling, and design teams.

Skills:

knowledge of its deliverables and phases.

proficiency in doing Design FMEA and Process FMEA.

carrying out Gauge R&R research for measuring devices.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
