Your Impact:

You will be in charge of making sure that every injection-molded product satisfies exacting industry standards, customer requirements, and quality standards. To increase product quality and lower faults, this position entails creating and implementing quality control procedures, carrying out inspections, evaluating data, and spearheading continuous improvement projects. The ideal applicant will have a solid engineering background in manufacturing or plastics, a thorough understanding of quality procedures, and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and carry out work instructions, plans, and procedures for Quality Assurance (QA) in injection moulding processes and products.

Determine whether products are non-conforming, record them, and take the necessary corrective and containment measures.

For problem-solving, make use of high-quality tools like the 8D technique, the 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams.

Create high-quality reports and deliver the results to cross-functional teams and management.

Perform evaluations and audits of suppliers as required.

Verify compliance with legal and industry criteria.

What you Need:

Familiarity with its phases and deliverables.

Experience in conducting Process FMEA and Design FMEA. 

Conducting Gage R&R studies for measurement instruments.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: Freshers
