Job Description

Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Educational Requirement : Diploma/BE in Mech

Skills Requirement : Lead and oversee a group of production employees, offering direction, instruction, and assistance. Assign work, keep an eye on output, and give team members comments. Encourage and motivate team members to meet production targets. Respond to employee grievances and settle disputes amicably. Carry out production schedules and plans, making sure that production goals are met on time.

Experience Requirement : 2 to 5 yrs

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
