Experience: 8 to 10 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Create and carry out the Paintshop Department's overarching strategy plan, making sure it is in line with the business's production targets, quality goals, manufacturing objectives, and profitability aspirations.

Oversee the Paintshop's daily activities, including surface preparation, paint application, drying, and inspection after painting.

Oversee thorough investigations, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for painting flaws, and put strong Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) into place.

Encourage the department to have a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and ongoing progress.

What you need:

Knowledge of color theory, color matching, and spectrophotometry.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems and CMMS/MES.

High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and accountability.
