Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor with a lot of expertise and drive to join our vibrant production team. By managing quality control procedures, supervising a group of quality inspectors, and spearheading continuous improvement projects on the manufacturing floor, a quality supervisor will be important in guaranteeing the calibre of our products.

What you will do:

Oversee and plan the work of technicians and quality inspectors.

Oversee inspections of the end product and the in-process to make sure that quality standards and requirements are being followed.

Lead, coach, and cultivate a group of quality inspectors by offering assistance, direction, and training.

Assign work, keep an eye on output, and give team members comments.

What we need:

strong knowledge of the concepts, methods, and processes of quality control.

familiarity with quality measuring tools, sample strategies, and inspection techniques.

demonstrated aptitude for managing, inspiring, and leading a group of quality inspectors.

Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
