Responsibilities:

complete responsibility for the plant's P&L, which includes capital expenditures, profitability, cost control, and revenue.

In charge of the supply chain, logistics, production, maintenance, and quality of the plant.

Assure adherence to all national, state, and local laws and regulations in India.

Maintain good labour connections by managing industrial relations well.

Encourage the plant's operations to become more digital.

Educational Qualification: Any BE/CIPET Degree

Experience: 10+ yrs
