Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and other CNC machines.

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models.

Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters for machining operations.

Simulate and verify CNC programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues.

Qualification:

Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).

Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX).

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
