Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by overseeing quality control activities, leading a team of quality inspectors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Requirements:

Oversee and plan the work of technicians and quality inspectors.

Oversee inspections of the end product and the in-process to make sure that quality standards and requirements are being followed.

Keep an eye on production procedures and spot any possible problems with quality.

Put quality control processes into action and make sure they are constantly adhered to.

Skills:

strong knowledge of the methods, procedures, and guiding principles of quality control.

familiarity with sampling strategies, quality measurement tools, and inspection techniques.

understanding of quality control systems.

demonstrated capacity to oversee, encourage, and lead a group of quality inspectors.

Outstanding coaching, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
