Creating a pool of qualified, motivated applicants from multiple sources.

Shortlisting the profiles for screening.

Making cold calls to the applicants Arrange the interviews.

Interviewing prepares applicants for subsequent customer rounds.

Actively following up with candidates until they officially join.

Keeping up with different internal reports.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Experience: Freshers

Salary: From 18K per month
