Pursue the Manufacturing Field as a Production Engineer

Job Description

Primary Task: To plan, coordinate, and oversee every facet of the manufacturing production process at our Chennai facility, guaranteeing that goods are produced effectively, satisfy quality requirements, follow production schedules, and maximise resource use while upholding a secure workplace.

Responsibilities

Create, carry out, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in order to fulfil delivery deadlines and demand projections.

Examine current production procedures to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential improvement areas.

Educate production workers on inspection methods and quality requirements.

Adjust the machine's settings and parameters to get the output and quality you want.

Encourage the production crew to have a strong safety culture.

For data entry, production tracking, and reporting, use ERP/MES systems.

Required Abilities:

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.

strong computer skills, including mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite.
