Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing methods to find qualified candidates.

Applicant Pool: Create a pool of qualified and motivated applicants.

Shortlisting: Review and shortlist candidate profiles.

Candidate Outreach: Make cold calls to contact applicants.

Interview Scheduling: Arrange interviews with candidates.

Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

Candidate Follow-Up: Maintain communication with candidates until they join.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain various internal reports.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs .
