Shift: Day (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

To fulfil delivery deadlines and demand projections, create, implement, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

Determine bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and places for improvement by analysing current manufacturing processes.

Provide production workers with instruction on quality standards and inspection methods.

To get the output and quality you want, adjust the machine's parameters and settings.

Encourage a robust safety culture within the production crew.

For reporting, production tracking, and data entry, use ERP/MES systems.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
