Job Description

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs

Salary: Based on Previous Experience

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA

What You will do:

Make Sure It's Accurate: You will be in charge of processing all employees' payroll from start to finish, making sure that all deductions, benefits, and salaries are calculated accurately.

Maintain Compliance: You will keep up of Indian statutory compliances, tax rules (such as TDS, PF, and ESI), and labour laws to make sure our payroll procedures are always in complete compliance.

Manage Data: You will process new hires, handle exits, and keep and update payroll records for employees while maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.

Be the Expert: Employees will primarily contact you with any payroll-related questions, and you will provide a clear and timely response.

Create insights by preparing and submitting a variety of payroll-related reports to regulatory and management entities.
