Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Paintshop Department that is in line with the business's production targets, quality goals, manufacturing objectives, and profitability aspirations.

Manage all aspect of the paintshop's daily operations, including surface preparation, paint application, drying, and post-painting inspection.

Conduct thorough investigations, apply strong Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for painting flaws.

Encourage a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and ongoing development within the division.

Skills:

familiarity with spectrophotometry, colour theory, and colour matching.

proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CMMS/MES and ERP systems.

high degree of accountability, ethics, and integrity.

Experience: 8+ yrs

Qualification: Any BE Degree

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
