Experience Requirement : 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Oversee the receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of items, among other facets of inventory management.

Track stock levels, predict demand, and restock as necessary.

Lead and oversee a group of retail employees by delegating responsibilities, keeping an eye on output, and offering direction and training.

Encourage and motivate team members to meet the aims and objectives of the store.

Skills:

strong grasp of retail store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and store upkeep.

familiarity with POS systems and other pertinent applications

a strong focus on customer service and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
