Job Description
Focus: Highlight the importance of HR's primary responsibilities, such as hiring, employee relations, administration, and compliance, in fostering a supportive work environment and assisting employees in Chennai-based companies.

What you’ll Do:
Make use of social media, employee recommendations, online job sites (like Naukri and LinkedIn), and regional recruitment firms in Chennai as sourcing channels.
Hold orientation workshops to acquaint new hires with the culture, benefits, and policies of our Chennai-specific organisation.
Maintain current and correct personnel records in HRIS and on paper, making sure that all applicable Indian data protection regulations are followed.
Ensure adherence to local regulations in Tamil Nadu while managing statutory compliance pertaining to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable labour laws in India.
Encourage a happy and peaceful workplace in Chennai by helping to fairly and promptly resolve employee complaints and disputes.
What you need:
Core HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, statutory compliance, and basic payroll principles.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS/HRM software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
