Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Regional Service Operations Management: Oversee the regional service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across the designated area.

2. Opportunity Creation: Identify and create opportunities by aligning and positioning the right products to meet customer needs.

3. After-Sales Service: Manage the entire after-sales service process, from installation and commissioning of new equipment to managing warranty service processes and post-warranty support.

4. Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer objections and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the regional sales team to support pre-sales activities and contribute to securing new and repeat business.

6. Dealer Network Management: Oversee and manage the dealer network across the West and North regions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

7. Dealer Supervision: Supervise and direct all dealer-related activities, including service sales (annual service contracts, parts sales), and conduct periodic reviews to ensure process adherence and performance.

Role: Service Engineer

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in E&I

Salary: From 18K per Month
