Responsibilities:

Choose and install the proper work-holding equipment, cutting tools, and machine accessories.

Verify that every machined part satisfies the required measurements and quality requirements.

Choose and manage raw supplies in accordance with the demands of the work.

Keep your workspace tidy and well-organised, making sure that all tools and equipment are stowed appropriately.

Find any strange noises, vibrations, or problems with operation, then notify the maintenance department.

Skills:

competent with a variety of precise measuring tools.

strong knowledge of the various cutting instruments, inserts, and uses for them.

fundamental understanding of the machinability and characteristics of materials.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
