Focus:To join our production team, we are looking for an ITI Turner that is highly trained and exact. Using traditional lathe machines to fabricate metal and other components to precise specifications requires this function. This Chennai position is for you if you have a strong technical aptitude, an attention to detail, and a dedication to produce high-quality parts.

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you will Do:

Choose and install the proper machine attachments, work-holding equipment, and cutting tools.

Verify that every machined component satisfies the required quality standards and specifications.

Choose and manage raw resources in accordance with task specifications.

Keep your workspace neat and orderly, making sure that all tools and equipment are stowed correctly.

Notify the maintenance staff of any unusual noises, vibrations, or problems with operation.

What you need:

skilled in using a wide range of precision measuring instruments.

Good understanding of different cutting tools, inserts, and their applications.

Basic knowledge of material properties and their machinability.
