Job Description

The Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair of our manufacturing equipment/systems. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer service excellence. 

Responsibility:

Install and commission manufacturing systems and equipment at client locations, making sure everything is configured and working correctly.

Survey and evaluate the site before installation.

Perform both emergency repairs and planned preventive maintenance on manufacturing systems and equipment.

Diagnose and fix problems with software, electronics, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.

Offer clients remote and on-site technical help, answering their questions and quickly fixing any technological problems.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Location: In and Around Chennai
