Responsibilities

• Effectively handle customer inquiries or grievances in the first instance, guaranteeing high customer satisfaction ratings and little handling time.

• Provide courteous, accurate service while accepting full accountability for the questions and issues raised by clients.

• Comply flawlessly with process and product requirements.

• Report client concerns to the relevant internal stakeholders.

• Maintain process efficacy and efficiency while adhering to service and sales directives.

• Meet quality goals and other benchmarks for success.

• Upselling and cross-selling of loans, mortgages, priority/elite accounts, and other items.

Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree
