Job Description

The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. This role involves optimizing production workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Analyse current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas that require improvement.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase output quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Make production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and production targets.

Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols for equipment.

Identify equipment problems and make arrangements for repairs.
