Job Title: Tool & Die  Press Tool Development In charge

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tool & Die / Press Tool Development In charge to lead the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for sheet metal/manufacturing operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of tool room activities, press shop operations, troubleshooting, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
  Develop and maintain press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
  Handle tool trials, corrections, and process improvements.
  Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
  Ensure timely tool readiness for production schedules.
  Troubleshoot tooling and press-related issues.
  Monitor tool life, preventive maintenance, and inventory.
  Manage tool room manpower and vendor coordination.
  Support new product development and cost reduction activities.
  Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making.
  5+ years of experience in press tool development/tool room operations.
  Strong knowledge of sheet metal components and press shop processes.
  Experience in tool design interpretation and troubleshooting.
  Leadership and team management skills.

Industry Preferred:
Fabrication Process Industry Preferred

Pay:  25k -  35k per month
