Responsibilities:

Programs, tool offsets, job offsets, and raw materials/blanks must all be loaded into CNC machines in order to be configured.

Use the machine controller to make simple program changes.

Any surface finish problems, dimensional aberrations, or other quality flaws should be promptly noted and reported to the supervisor or quality department.

Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections on CNC machines on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Observe all corporate guidelines and directives.

Complete quality inspection reports, manufacturing logs, and any other necessary paperwork accurately.

Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above

Experience: 3+ yrs
