Responsibilities:

In order to set up CNC machines, you must load programs, modify tool and work offsets, and load blanks and raw materials.

Make simple program modifications at the machine controller.

Find and notify the supervisor or quality department right once of any dimensions deviations, surface finish problems, or other quality flaws.

Check CNC machines for preventive maintenance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Observe all company rules and regulations.

Complete production logs, quality inspection reports, and any other necessary paperwork accurately.

Qualification:

Proficiency in using a wide range of precision measuring instruments.

Basic understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing at the machine control.

Knowledge of various cutting tools, inserts, and their applications.

Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
